The company Bacus Travel & Tours is a Spanish company, located in Montilla, Avda. Andalucía, 78-A-2,1º A. It offers guided tours, private or in groups, tourist services and reservations in Córdoba and province.
The content, software, design of this website, as well as the logo and trademark of Bacus Travel & Tours, are intellectual or industrial property of Bacus Travel and are protected by copyright. The fraudulent use or contrary to the Law of the information that appears on the web for commercial or any other purpose will be prosecuted and reported to the competent Authorities.
Aim
The presented conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions of access to the offers and services of Bacus Travel & Tours. Consequently, any request from customers implies their entire acceptance and implication to these general conditions prevailing over another document, except for the specific conditions expressly agreed in writing by the seller.
Terms of use
You do not need to register to access the Website, nor its contents and information. However, the contracting of services or products may be conditioned to you providing us with your personal data. To know the operations that we carry out with your personal data, please consult the Privacy Policy.
By using www.bacustravel.com, you admit and accept that you are responsible for the use you make of the Website and the services offered therein.
Likewise, you agree to make appropriate use of the services or contents of the Website in accordance with the Legal Notice and not to use them to carry out illicit or criminal activities that violate the rights of third parties and / or that violate the regulation on intellectual and industrial property, or other norms of the applicable legal system.
It is prohibited to introduce into the Website a virus or harmful software that could cause damage to the computer systems of our website.
Contracting Conditions
In Bacus Travel & Tours, we offer you the possibility of booking excursions, tours and other activities of a similar nature, BacusTravel own products and on occasion of other companies. In this section we provide information on the conditions that govern the contracting of reservations.
Price and Method of Payment
The prices that appear on the Website may change without prior notice until a reservation has been confirmed.
Regarding the method of payment, and unless otherwise indicated, these can be made with debit card, credit, bank transfer that we will indicate once the reservation becomes effective. Remember that, whenever you want, you can request an invoice. In your case, we will automatically send the invoice to the email address you have provided.
Cancellations
In accordance with current consumer legislation, once you have completed the contract, you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal due to the very nature of the services.
However, Bacus Travel gives you the possibility to cancel the reservation in advance, in which case the following amounts will be charged:
Cancellation requested before 10 days of the activity: no cancellation charge
Cancellation requested between 9 and 3 days before the activity: cancellation charge of 10%
Cancellation requested 2 days before the activity: 50% cancellation charge
Cancellation requested 1 day before the activity: cancellation charge of 100%
No show the day of the visit or activity: 100% No Show charge
Important note: You must arrive at the meeting point of the visit or activity at least 5 minutes before it starts, with your booking document, the Confirmation Document that we send you, you can bring it printed or on your Smart Phone if you do not want to print it; and you must present it to our guide or tour coordinator.
Visitors who arrive late at the meeting point will not be accepted on the tour, no refund will be applied, and monuments tickets will not be provided, it must be punctual and calculate enough time to locate the departure point and park the vehicle if you do not come on foot.
Some of these conditions could be modified for an excursion, tour or specific activity. In that case, the details of that modification will be specified before the contracting.
Modifications in Visit or Activities
In case you want to change the day of the tour, you must notify us in advance by sending an e-mail to info@bacustravel.com, specifying the data of the current reservation together with the new dates in which you want to make it, and we will confirm if it is possible to make the visit or activity in the new date you request.
In case Bacus travel is forced to significantly modify some essential element of the contract before the departure of the tour, excursion or activity, you will be informed immediately. In such case, and unless otherwise stated, you will have the right to opt, within three days of the information being sent to you, between accepting the modifications or cancelating the contract without any fine.
Particular Conditions
It is possible that the contracting of some services or functionalities is subject to particular conditions that modify the provisions of this Legal Notice. In this case, this Legal Notice will have a supplementary nature to the provisions of it.
Responsibility
Keep in mind that personal plans, including travel, accommodations or benefits, in relation to the reservation you have contracted, are at your own risk. We assume no responsibility for any loss of the right of enjoyment or lost expense.
Responsibilities about our contents
Bacus Travel Website and its contents are only for information purposes.
The contents and information of BacusTravel website are prepared by qualified professionals for the exercise of their profession. However, the contents and information are not linked to the aforementioned, nor do they constitute opinions, advice or legal advice of any kind, since it is merely a service offered with an informative nature.
Bacus Travel will not be responsible for the misuse that users may make of the contents or the Website, nor for those uses that are contrary to good faith, to the regulations or to this Legal Notice. Likewise, it declines any responsibility derived from the infringement of intellectual property rights of any kind by the users.
Responsibilities about the Website
We will not be responsible for the problems of access or availability of the Website, or the damages that may arise from it.
We also inform you that we are not responsible for errors, incompatibilities and / or damage to your devices that could derive from the use of Bacus Travel.

According to the conditions regulate the download, use and access to the Website, as well as in the interpretation and resolution of conflicts that may arise between the parties, Spanish legislation will be applied.
The parties, expressly waiving any jurisdiction, which, according to law may apply, are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Montilla, except in the case of contracting with consumers.
